How long till I get my item?

As everything is done by hand, the process can take up to 1-3 weeks, depending on what you ordered. Once done, items are sent out the next working day. However, we will keep you updated with the process of your item by email.

How do I send my items to you that I want customised?

Accepted Answer

When you fill out the price quote form and confirmed that you are going through with the order, an address will be sent to you to send your item. You will be exempted from paying a delivery charge when the item is sent back to you.

How much is posting and packaging?

Accepted Answer

There is a seperate fixed price for UK, Europe and the rest of the world. For 'recycled clothes' customisation; when sent back, there is no posting and packaging fee.

Can the '1/1 piece' customisation be more than one item?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can create however many '1/1 piece' customisations. They can even have slight variations between them. All you have to do is fill out the quote form with specific details.
