PROCESSING TIME

 

RTW (ready to wear) items:

All RTW items are individually made to order. Once you have confirmed your order and placed it, the item will be made as soon as possible and added to the queue. Turnaround time for RTW items is 3 weeks (If it is any later you will be notified). If you need your RTW item to be shipped quicker, please email us and we will make an arrangement.

 

Customised items:

All customised items are also individually made to order. Depending on the order and the intricateness, the order can take up to 2-6 weeks from when the item has been sent to us (If it is any later you will be notified). Items that are made new with us (1/1 orders) that are still customised differently to our RTW items can also take up to 2-6 weeks.

 

SHIPPING

UK: 

  • All items will be shipped as soon as the order is completed.

  • You will be emailed or notified when the order has been shipped with essential tracking information.

  • We ship orders Monday – Saturday (except UK bank holidays.)

  • As we post via the Royal Mail, they aim to deliver within 1-5 working days.

  • Orders must be signed for upon delivery.

 

 

THE REST OF EUROPE:

  • All items will be shipped as soon as the order is completed.

  • You will be emailed or notified when the order has been shipped with essential tracking information.

  • We ship orders Monday – Saturday (except UK bank holidays.)

  • As we post via the Royal Mail, they aim to deliver within 5-10 working days.

  • Orders must be signed for upon delivery.

  • Please make sure you keep an eye of you tracked order in case it is with your local depot. We will not be held responsible if the order is returned to the UK.

  • If an order is returned to the UK, then possible arrangements can be made if you contact us.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL:

  • All items will be shipped as soon as the order is completed.

  • You will be emailed or notified when the order has been shipped with essential tracking information.

  • We ship orders Monday – Saturday (except UK bank holidays.)

  • As we post via the Royal Mail, they aim to deliver within 10-15 working days.

  • Orders must be signed for upon delivery.

  • Please make sure you keep an eye of you tracked order in case it is with your local depot. We will not be held responsible if the order is returned to the UK.

  • If an order is returned to the UK, then possible arrangements can be made if you contact us.

  • Shipping internationally will have a higher shipping cost as it is being sent from the UK.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

  • Custom charges/import taxes may be applicable to NON-European countries

  • We have no control over various countries importing policies and are not liable for any charges or shipping delays that may occur

  • International orders can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to be delivered because of customs

  • Customs even make random checks on unsuspicious packages

  • Look up your countries customs policies for more information

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

All of BRAI, MOR’s orders are sent tracked so the consumer and the company both know the whereabouts. This makes the shipping cost more expensive but reliable for both the consumer and BRAI, MOR as the orders are all made by hand and take a considerably long amount of time.

The costs of shipping are depending on where the order is being sent. The shipping cost gets more expensive when it is out of the UK and then out of Europe as BRAI, MOR is a UK company.

DELAYED ORDERS:

Please note that all expected delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. 

 

Once your order is dropped off at the post office, it is out of BRAI, MOR’s control and now the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Therefore, if you have any questions regarding the status of your shipment, please contact your mail carrier or your local post office using the tracking information provided, before you get in touch with us. Please be patient and remember – BRAI, MOR are not responsible for mistakes or delays made by the shipping carrier or your countries customs. If orders have been signed for, again, this is out of BRAI, MOR’s control and we will not be held responsible.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

 

All items are made to order or either custom made, specifically for the customer. Once the order has been placed, it is final. We do not accept returns or exchanges so please triple check the order before you place it with BRAI, MOR.

 

In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive as described, we will only send replacements for damaged products within 5 days of receipt. If 5 days have gone by since you've received your order, we can not offer a replacement.

Your original order must be returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging, for a replacement. To complete your replacement, proof of purchase is also required. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return any items, you must use a tracked service and retain the proof of postage. If your item does not return to BRAI, MOR, we can not issue you a replacement.
